The room I booked was good sized for sofa beds. I had central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. The location was magnificent - just off Franciscan University and helpful staff as well as restaurants.  

We had well-appointed king room with the pull out couch and sofa bed, for instance. The location was excellent easy to access from the road network.
